Few hours in the language classroom are not enough. Students need daily contact with the foreign language.

Literature, music and philosophy are among the most interesting elements of German speaking cultures. But our text books present very practical ways of communicating. and largely ignore the cultural aspects of our lives: literature and literary figures, music, philosophy and religion.

Germany: They want to know!

Whoever starts studying the German language can not avoid reflecting about totalitarism, war and destruction. Text books usually avoid the topic. But your students know and perceive a shadow on our language. Make them reflect with the lively narration of the difficult existence of a teenager in Nazi Germany:
"Der Verrat" (

), a story where facts and moral questions of everyday life in Nazi Germany are presented.
